Taking the form of a picnic in San Agustín Etla, Milpa en descanso created a space for sharing food, play, attentive listening, and time together.
It offered a necessary pause in the cycle of the land, running parallel to the cycle of life: a meeting of knowledge and other ways of understanding curation as a social and artistic fabric that is reconstituted through not knowing, generosity, and affection.
